Get to Know Chef Antonio Perez
Chef Antonio Perez discovered his love and talent for cooking, along with the virtues of Latin-Caribbean cuisine while living in his native Puerto Rico. After leaving Puerto Rico, he pursued his passion with classical and hotel training in the kitchens of prestigious restaurants within Ritz-Carlton Hotels throughout several countries, including the USA, Italy (Bvlgari Hotels), Japan, Jamaica and Spain. In Spain, he also worked in Hotel Arts Barcelona’s restaurant, Sergi Arola, which has been awarded two Michelin Stars for their exceptional cuisine.
Chef Perez is also the author and editor of the book, El Repertorio de la Cocina.
